Central heating. Need a service? Annual servicing keeps the boiler in good working order. Boiler past it's best? We can give a free estimate to replace your boiler and radiators if required. We supply and install gas fires, too! Problem with your heating/hot water? Our CORGI registered engineers are familiar with most makes and models of boilers, including Saunier Duval, Potterton, Worcester, Baxi, Thorn, Myson, etc. All work guaranteed.
Plumbing. Dripping taps? Leaking tank? Burst pipe? We carry out emergency plumbing repairs or general maintenance. We fit new bathroom suites and showers and our rates are very competitive.
Joinery/Locks. From a door that needs planing to a new fitted kitchen, we will attend any job however big or small. We fit new windows and doors in wood or UVPC or fit additional locks for security. In the event of a break in, we can attend to secure your property within 2 hours. Electrical. Need an extra socket or a full re-wire? We are NICEIC registered and will undertake any electrical work you may require.
Roofing. Missing slates or tiles? Leaking flat felt roof? We give free estimates for any type of roof work, whether due to wear and tear or storm damage. We carry out work for many major insurance companies.
Painting and Decorating, Domestic Cleaning and Gardening. Free quotes for any work you require.

Landlords
As well as any of the above services, we carry out.
Gas Safety Checks (CP12's) n.b. By law, any tenanted property must have an annual gas safety check.
Periodic electrical inspections.
Domestic cleaning between tenancies.
Drain down or re-fill of systems. Draining systems when a property is not tenanted prevents any risk of flooding due to burst pipes in winter or flood damage in the event of damage to the system due to a burglary.
24 hour emergency service.
We currently carry out work on behalf of many Property Management companies including, Keith Pattinson Execulets, Halifax, Martin & Co, Finn and Irvin, etc. and references are available on request.
